PRESSURE DECAY

Pressure Decay is a simple conventional way of leak test without the use of any special Leak Detection devices. In simplest terms, the pressure decay test fills a pressure pipe with air or water until it reaches its target pressure. After this the air source is removed to isolate the system, and measures the decay (loss) of that pressure over a set period of time; any loss in pressure indicates a leak.

How It Works ?

The Pressure Decay Test can be performed with minimal Instruments. It can be carried out with simple Pressure Pump and Pressure Gauges. Otherwise it can be carried out with simple pressure decay devices available in the market.

HOW LONG DOES THE LEAK DETECTION PROCESS TAKES?

This depends on the size and length of the pipe system being tested. The test becomes more effective when the system has maximum isolation valves. However this increases the time for the process.

HOW MUCH DOES THE PROCESS COST?

As the leading service provider for Leak Detection Services in all over Middle East, we are happy to provide the best prices for our clients. Please contact the company to know the Best price for you!

GIVES THE RATE OF LEAK

The pressure decay tests gives the rate of leak in a pressure pipe. This helps us to analyse how critical the condition of the pipe is so that one can decide on what actions to be taken further.
